The idioma WORLD Account is a gateway to the idioma Services for our clients. Subscribers to this account can generate translation estimates and place orders, receive an overview of their project history and fully manage their Personal Data as well as the privacy of it.

For this, we collect and store your:

  • First name and surname,

  • Phone number,
  • Postal address,
  • VAT and other invoicing-related data.

Purpose of the data use

We use this data primarily to bring you the ultimate customized client experience. Therefore we may use it for:

  • Technical updates and notifications,

  • Marketing purposes (storing and analyzing the data for CRM purposes of idioma, client segmentation and profiling, sending newsletters, interesting tailored offers and information).

5. idioma Translation Suppliers

Types of data we collect and use

Every Translation Supplier of idioma needs to have a Supplier account registered in order to accept projects and manage the business relationship with idioma. Therefore we need to store data such as:

  • First name and surname,
  • E-mail,
  • Phone number,
  • Postal address,
  • Invoicing details,
  • Profile picture (optional),
  • Qualification details,
  • CV

Purpose of the data use

We use this data solely to manage the business relationship with our Translation Suppliers for:

  • Administration and invoicing,
  • Technical updates and notifications,
  • Qualification profiling,
  • Optional promotional purposes: In case you provided us with your photograph, and to promote your work, we could use it in the “We are idioma” section of our website, or in other promotional material, such as brochures, websites, etc.

Provision of a photo is absolutely voluntary, and you can delete the picture from your profile any time.
